At the house ofHomeDuTemps, you have 14 days after receipt to return your item to us.

Items must benew, never worn and returned in their original packagingcomplete.

– Exchange: offered in mainland France.

– Reimbursement: payable by the customer, €3.90 deducted from the reimbursement amount.

– Accessories ordered or returned alone (bracelets, jewelry, watchrolls 1 or 3 watches): returns at the customer’s expense, even in the event of an exchange.
Reshipment of the new item is free.

– Any product showing signs of wear, scratches, or removed links will not be returned or refunded.

– Personalized items (engraving, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

– Free items must be returned with the order. Failing this, their value will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Exchanges

We take care of returning the watch for an exchange as well as sending the new one.

Only one exchange is offered per order; any second return linked to the same order is the responsibility of the customer.

How to exchange an item?

Go to the sectionContactand indicate “Exchange” as well as your order number or the email used during the purchase. You will then receive all instructions by email as well as a prepaid return label by email.

Repackage the product in its original packaging, stick the label then drop off the package at the post office.

After we receive and verify your return, we will ship your new item and send you a confirmation email with tracking.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return in our warehouse. It is automatically credited back to the payment method used during the purchase.

How to request a refund?

Go to the sectionContactand indicate “Refund” with your order number or the email used during the purchase. You will then receive your prepaid return label by email.

Repackage the product in its original packaging, stick the label then drop off the package at the post office.

After receipt and verification of the product, we will issue a refund. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the amount will be credited back to your payment method.

Return outside mainland France

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

No prepaid labels will be sent.

We recommend shipping with tracking.

Proof of shipment and tracking number must be retained.

The product must be returned in packaging providing protection equivalent to that of the original shipment.

The return address will be communicated to you once your request has been validated by our after-sales service.

Important :

- For orders with a promo code (2 watches or more), if a return brings the purchase below the required threshold, the promotion is canceled and the refund recalculated at the standard rate.

- HomeDuTempscannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage during return. Without proof of sending and tracking number, no exchange or refund can be made.
